Born in the 70’s, raised in the 80’s and has been playing and partying ever since. DJSPAWN (Shawn Foley) has played it all. Starting out in with the mobile scene (birthdays, anniversaries, weddings, etc), then playing & training roller rink dj’s and eventually moving into bars, corporate events & night clubs. Eventually earning himself a spot among the elite disc jockey in the United States, as a Billboard Dance Club reporter.
He’s worked almost every side of the business, from lighting, sound install, management, promotion and even bartending. It’s the love of the music and entertainment, that has kept the fire burning for so many years and which drives him to keep going. Always moving with the times, and technically savvy, he’s enjoyed all mediums (Technic 1200’s, Dennon CDJ, VCI-300, DDJ-SX & CDJ-2000) and continues to work his trade with the same enthusiasm as the day he started.
A resident DJ, who can read the crowd and work the room. DJSPAWN has worked at such great venues as The Bomber, Jimmy’s Haunt, Changes, Shout, Exit, Limelight, The Fireside, Tavern off the Green, SM23 & Sushi Lounge to name a few.
